Hello , I have purchased Service Package 5 and would like to start using it with my Interactive Brokers (IBKR) account. However, my trial period is still active, and I understand?? that I need to shorten or end the trial in order to activate the paid package and set up the IBKR connection?? Could you please explain how I could shorten or disable my trial so I can begin using the purchased package right away? Thank you! Best regards |

The answer to the question is that you can activate a paid package at any time. When you do, any remaining Trial Time is converted to the selected package - so you do not actually lose any trial time. We see that you are now on Package 3, and you will see that you currently have 41 days of Usage Time remaining. This means that 10 days of trial time were converted to Package 3 when you purchased the package. But, we need to point out that in order to connect to data and trading services, you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages.
