Hi Sierra Chart Support Team,

I’m currently facing an issue while trying to access both real-time and historical data for several instruments, particularly from the ICE US and Bursa Malaysia exchanges through CQG connection and I am seeing the market data in QT trader of CQG.

As shown in the attached screenshot, I am receiving the following error for the symbol F.U.S.CBM25:

“Real-time data subscription for instrument F.U.S.CB (corresponding to ID = 180) is not enabled.”
“Error downloading historical Daily data for F.U.S.CBM25. Error: user is not authorized to execute query for one or more of the specified symbols.”

This issue is not limited to just this one product — I’m also experiencing similar problems across multiple futures contracts from both ICE and Bursa Malaysia.

Could you please assist in solving this issue and whether it is something that needs to be done from our broker end or your end

That message is stating that you are not setup to get that data from CQG. You need to have your broker enable that data for your account.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

before you subscribe to ICE-data today (it will be expensive, around $ 125.--/calendarmonth) don't do this today, because as said it is per calendar.month, you you will be charged tomorrow again
