Going from a common stop for 3 targets and then it changes to 2 individual stops after first target hit.
How can I achieve this?

target 1 | 10T | Qty: 1 | Lmt | P: 12.50
target 2 | 30T | Qty: 1 | Lmt | P: 37.50
target 3 | 50T | Qty: 1 | Lmt | P: 62.50
Stop All | 10T | Lmt | L: 37.50

after target 1 hits: split up Stop All to:
Stop 1 | BE + 1
Stop 2 | doesn't matter (want to trail manually)

You cannot do it in the way you are stating (i.e. having it "split" up a common stop). You would need to start with 3 separate Stops, where they could all be at the same level, so they would work in the same way as a common stop should price move against your position.

Then if Target 1 is hit, the Stop associated with that OCO group will be removed, and you can then setup the Second Stop to Move to Breakeven + 1 based on whatever condition you want (including the first target getting hit).

Is it possible to move the 3 separated stops all at once? I don't want to move them all separately.

There is a right-click option for "Move Attached Stops to Price" that will move all of them to the same location. Refer to the following:
Global Settings Menu: Customize Chart Trade Menu (Global Settings menu)
