There was a change that we made, to the Ntfy app server to solve this by using a Google service in the background that sends notifications to the iPhone. Should not be anything more that we would need to do from our side. Sorry but i ve never seen any "reconnecting" and there is no option to pick the connection protocol in the settings of the ntfy app. It sounds like the app has issues or is just not good fit which makes it essentially useless if it cannot do the push notifications on iphones. You are an advanced charting and trading platform and I m expecting you guys will try to address this ASAP because remote alerting is essential for many traders who just don’t spend all their time in front of the screens. The emails and Telegram used to work fine in the past and ntfy is a downgrade to the service right now…

Remote alerting is now supported. The issue is specific to your particular case. We will have a look again at your case. Does anyone else using an iPhone experience a problem? Telegram is unreliable. It was simply unreliable. It completely deteriorated to an unusable state where many messages were not being delivered and they were substantially delayed. This is absolute 100% fact. We had no choice but to remove it. And emails are also very unreliable and problematic for so many reasons. The use of email is totally unreliable. It is so common that users would not get email messages, there would be delivery delays, and it was a common problem where our mail server would get banned by other mail servers. There was no choice but to remove email alerts to users.
