Help: Sierra Chart Will Not Recognize or Load Any of My Custom Files

I'm experiencing an issue where Sierra Chart is not recognizing or loading any of my custom files. I've verified that the files exist in the correct directories, but the application doesn't seem to detect them when launching.
Here's what I've already tried:

Restarting Sierra Chart and my computer
Checking file permissions
Verifying file extensions are correct
Running Sierra Chart as administrator

If anyone has encountered similar issues or has suggestions for troubleshooting, I would greatly appreciate your help. Please let me know if you need any additional information about my setup or the specific custom files that aren't loading.

You are looking at two separate installs.
The files you show relate to an install in the documents folder, and the app that you open is installed in the deskop folder.
