Intraday Tick Data downloading max date range.

I'm trying to download tick data for one session. I went to global settings and changed the "Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download" to 1. I went to the chart settings and made sure only 1 day of data is loaded on the intraday chart. Every time I export the tick data to a txt file, it downloads tick data going back to 9/16/24. I've tried using both the custom date range and the number of days to load options under "Load Data Limiting Method" but still getting the same data going back to 9/16. Is there another global or chart setting I am missing that is causing this to download the maximum amount of intraday tick data? |

We assume you are using the "Edit >> Export Intraday Data to Text File". As such, you are exporting the data that is in that file. The changes you made would not actually change the data that is in the file already. If you really want to reset the amount of data on your system for that symbol, then you would need to make the changes you did (in particular, the "Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download") and then select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You should then only have 1 day of data for that symbol in the file, so then you can export it.
