I have a current active exchange feed for top of book CME. Can you please cancel this so I can set two machines? Thanks, - Taylor |

Do you mean the NYMEX exchange? You have the "CME Non-Professional Top-of-Book" exchange active right now. You had the "NYMEX Non-Professional Top-of-Book" exchange active at some point this month (March) but you deactivated it. As such, you are unable to activate the 2 systems, since our system wants to charge you double for both of these exchanges. We can take care of cancelling the exchange you actually do not want, this will stop the data from that exchange immediately. As such, we want to double-check to ensure we are turning off the one you want. Please verify which exchange you want us to cancel immediately.
