You need to talk to TopStep then. They do not have you properly setup.

Ok I solved it. I noticed another problem: when I want to place a limit order directly from the book it doesn't let me place it. Why? Market I can without problems but limit from the book no. Is it always a question of top step?

What exactly is occurring in this case? Is no order occurring at all?
