Hello I'm sending this message in regards to my account our recently subscribed to the basic package just so I can learn my way around Sierra Charts unfortunately it's telling me I'm still only privileged to the trial version of data is there a way that I could look at historical data of all the futures market or am I only limited to trial think I should have more considering I have the basic package and i'm no longer a trial member please fix this thank you

You are on the "Base Standard" package at this time. You should not be getting any notifications that you are on a trial. Since you are on the "Base Standard" package, you have access to all the historical data we have available. If you are continuing to have an issue, then please get us an image of what you are seeing that is stating you are on a trial.
