Hello I am temporarily pausing Rithmic on my live account. The question is will I still be able to receive all live data from CME, Nymex and Comex that I am paying for now? I do not need to make trades but I need live data from above exchanges. |

Your non-professional status is good through April 25, 2025. So you can continue to get the real-time data for the CME Group exchanges you have active through that date without having to connect to your live trading account. After April 25, 2025, if you still have not connected to your live account, then you will no longer be able to get the real-time data until you do make that connection. Do I still have to pay for the next month for above exchanges to get all the data I need? Is there any other solution for me to get above exchanges data without live account? Thanks |

You will still need to pay the exchange fee on April 1, 2025, in order to continue to get the data in April. Without this, the data will not be available starting on April 1, 2025. Is there any other solution for me to get above exchanges data without live account?
The other option is to pay for the Professional exchange fees, which are very expensive. If you want to continue to get the data at the non-professional rates, then you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. This is a requirement of the CME Group.
