You need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages in order to have access to real-time data and trading services. You cannot do this on the "Base" packages - you are on the "Base Standard" package. Refer to the information for the packages at the following link: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages If you want to change your package, follow these instructions: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Changing Package After you change your package, you can connect to Rithmic by following these instructions: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions You can get your data either from Rithmic or from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. If you want to get the data from us, then you need to understand the CME Group requirement that you have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to get the non-professional data. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Are you looking or the DOW, US30, Gold, and USOil CFD data? Or are you looking for the Futures data from the CME Group?

Dow = YMM5 Crude oil = CLK5 Gold = GCM5 (maybe why you cannot find the symbols is, because you're using CFD terms :) )

Those are traded on different exchanges - not the CME exchange - for instance, Gold is traded on the COMEX exchange. To get the correct symbols for the service you are using you need to use the "File >> Find Symbol" window and open the particular exchange you need for that product. You can also search for a product on that window. Refer to the following: File Menu: Find Symbol (File) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I have found that it uses the comex codes and not the monthly codes so does that mean this is a continious contract rather than having to rollover every 3 months? I found that these worked when I changed to SC data and then back to rithmic steve |

the 3 month rollover is for equity- and fx-futures, Gold rolls each 2 month, Crude rolls each month

What is the symbol you are seeing/using? Keep in mind that every service uses a different symbology - so the symbols that you would use for Rithmic, are not going to work for "SC Data" and vice versa.
