Hello my sierra chart keeps saying "reconnect wait" and "connecting" and will not connect and let me access the live feed - i have tried restarting my computer, restarting sierra chart, payments are made,login is correct, i do not know why it will not work. please advise thank you

Rithmic is having issues with their Chicago-area servers. Others have stated that connecting to a non-Chicago area server has worked for them (Sao Paulo in particular was mentioned as working)
