Hello, I am not able to connect with my account for some reason. My account with Topstep is fine and I am able to log in other locations, just not Sierra Chart for some reason. Rithmic is having issues with their Chicago-area servers. Others have stated that connecting to a non-Chicago area server has worked for them (Sao Paulo in particular was mentioned as working)
