It just keeps doing the same thing and I have no idea what to do. I have attached what the log says in the attached file would love some help.

Rithmic is having issues with their servers in the Chicago area. Others have stated that connecting to a non-Chicago area server has worked for them (Sao Paulo in particular has been mentioned as working for them).
