I'm new to Sierra charts and connecting my interactive brokers to sierra charts to get live data. I followed all the steps but when I finished and I bring up /ES, i keep getting this screen (in images). Does anybody know what could be going on?

you're trying to connect a chart that expired (Friday at cash-open), try to switch to the June contract, perhaps this can solve your problem

Reset the Scales by following these instructions: Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Resetting the Scale If the above does not fix it, then our guess is that you have a study on that chart that is causing the scaling to be way off. Start by removing all studies and make sure the chart shows properly. Then add the studies back one-by-one until you find the issue.
