I'm using Sierra Chart version 1192 with a TD Ameritrade data feed. My market depth window for symbol BABA is showing no data. Other symbols work fine. Is this a TD Ameritrade issue?

If you select File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed and still do not see any market depth data for that symbol, then this would be a TD Ameritrade problem.
