Hello, I am a trader at Apex Funding and I tried to copy accounts via Sierra with the Rithmic feed. For this, in the trade window, I entered order allocations to trade accounts with my account numbers in the settings, but it doesn't work. Can you help me?

We need more information on what exactly is not working. In general, make sure you have gone through the instructions at the following link: Order Allocation to Trade Accounts: Setup Instructions For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hello, this is what I wrote in the message, I have already followed this step and sometimes when I flatten a position it does not flatten on the copy account, sometimes it returns the position. For me, the manipulation is well done. But is it possible to take control to see on my computer to see where the problem comes from because it is really disabling thanks |

Make sure you are doing the "manipulations" of the trades from the same Chart. The "Order Allocation to Trade Accounts" is setup per chart, so if you change the chart window you are working with, you will not have the correct results. In general, you need to keep an eye on what is occurring with the "Order Allocation to Trade Accounts" to make sure what you are expecting is occurring. Refer to the "Important Notice" at the top of the documentation for this feature here: Order Allocation to Trade Accounts For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
