On two charts, I am quickly rotating back and forth between timeframes. I have a 5" chart I keep switching back and forth to a 3". I have a 2" chart I keep switching back and forth to a 1". This is purely visual. For milliseconds that are enough to get a headache given how often I repeat this process, charts go blank and a message pops at the center: Loading: 0.03%. Symbol.scid Click to cancel. [|||Loading Bar|||] How to change the behavior of Sierra Chart so that instead, the loading proceeds quietly in the background? We get no visual cut. Only when the data is ready: the chart then updates in one seamless move. If memory serves well, I was able to do this a long time ago. Can't remember how. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-03-21 17:19:47

There is not a way to hide the "Loading" messages. There is the following setting, which hides the status messages regarding downloading of data: General Settings Window: Show On-Chart Status Messages (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Charts >> Charts) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
