I can't retrieve and plot the last year's historical data for the MESM future on an intraday chart. I'm using the trial version 2747 and SC Data. I believe I have configured all the settings correctly: I have set the continuous contract with rollover based on volumes, maximum historical intraday days to download, and data limiting. I use the trial version. Thank you for your time |

You can not view that data while on a trial. You are limited to the current contracts and only 10 days of Intraday data. Refer to the following: Sierra Chart Trial Account For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I don't know why, but with AAPL, I can view more than 10 years of intraday data. If I had purchased a data package, is there a guarantee of the availability of historical intraday data? I read that it can happen that a server does not have the data. |

If you are getting 10 years of intraday data with AAPL while you are on a trial, then this is an error on our part. You should not be able to do this. If you are on a paid package, you have access to the historical data that we have available for stocks and futures (you do not need to have an exchange active for the real-time data in order to get the historical data). There are a few exceptions, such as the CBOE Indices in which you have to actually purchase the data itself in order to be able to get any data at all. For what historical data we have available, refer to the following: Sierra Chart Historical Data Service: What is Included For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
