Hello, Is it possible to drop orders onto the chart with one click? ideally using the dynamic price line/crosshair I'm getting use to the chart trading feature and I'm having to 1) right click at the price I want 2) scroll down to order type I want and 3) left click to send the order. Reducing this process will help speed up execution. on the chart (I'm aware there are hotkeys which could be programmed to send orders at pre -determined ticks above or below current price, but execution on the chart using dynamic price line/crosshair would be better suited for my purpose) Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-03-18 18:43:13

To start, there are the options for clicking in the Buy/Sell columns in the DOM. Refer to the following that sets the order type to place depending on where you click: Global Trade Settings Windows: Order Types (Global Settings >> Chart DOM Settings) Then you can extend that area across the chart using the following setting: Chart Settings: Extend Chart DOM Across Entire Chart When Using Ctrl(Buy) / Shift(Sell) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
