Hi

I'm getting vastly different pricing on a candlestick chart for bunds vs volume profile, both session times are the same in settings. Screenshots attached for both.

You can see the candle for yesterday is vastly different. This is the same for Schatz.

Thanks in advance

It is next to impossible for us to understand what you are referring to in the screenshots. We need to know the exact difference you are referring to. Also refer to:

Your Candlestick chart is a Daily Historical chart and the Volume Profile is an intraday chart. These will give slightly different results. Refer to the following:

Thanks, Ive tried to follow this and when I switch chart settings to intraday, the chart instantly changes to a 60m chart, then when i go to settings again after changing the chart back to a daily, its still on historical. Any ideas?

Also, a separate issue - since the clock changes, my current hourly candle is showing as the previous hour (e.g. it's currently 13:06 GMT but the chart shows the candle as 12:06).

Also, my oil chart says the first open candle was midnight GMT, whereas it should be 11pm yesterday, although I suspect this has something to do with me hourly candles being out of sync?

Thanks
Brad

Refer to:
Unable to Change the Bar Time Period for Charts

Regarding the time zone issue, adjust the time zone of the chart:
Time Zone Setting: Using Different Time Zone in Individual Charts

After that make sure the Session Times are correct:

Hi

First step changed the time correctly so the current bars are now correctly timed, however this didnt solve the issue of the incorrect first bar of the day (this still shows as midnight tonight whereas oil opened yesterday 11pm).

Also, I havent changed session times so this wouldn't be the problem (this issue only showed up over the weekend once clocks changed).

RE not being able to change to intraday chart, that link doesn't mention the issue I'm having. Once I change to intraday chart on the daily and click ok/apply, it immediately changes the chart back to a 60 minute - there is nothing about this on the link you've sent/

Open the Chart >> Chart Settings window in the chart that keeps reverting back to 60 minutes. On the title bar of the Chart Settings do you see "RefBy"?
