I cannot connect the Sierra Chart to my Rithmic Account

Good day! My Sierra Chart is currently having problems connecting to Rithmic. I've tried the following:
- Changing the Rithmic Server to different locations
- Re-installing Sierra Chart
- Updating the chart to the previous version and updating it again to the current version
- Connecting and disconnecting
- Restarting my Laptop and restarting Sierra Chart

Am using Bulenox and am able to see the account in RTrader Pro.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply, however, all has been checked in that link you provided. Also, it is not a new account, it is an old one that is already working and has just stopped connecting and is sending an error. Your reply is greatly appreciated. thank you!

Who is your broker or trading service provider? We really are not sure why the permission denied error is occurring.
