Footprint data suddenly not loading/missing prints

I have had no issues in the past, but suddenly my footprint charts are missing prints all over. I have closed and reopened sierra chart, restarted my computer, and even deleted and redownloaded to my PC.

We do not see anything in particular wrong with the image (but we do not know what your columns are set to display). What exactly are you stating is incorrect?
