We are not understanding the issue based on the image you provided. The image shows that you are starting the Replay on March 17, 2025 at 09:30. You should have this data loaded in the chart. But, in general, you need to have the data loaded in the chart for which you want to replay. So if you want to start a replay on March 4, 2025, then the charts need to have the data loaded back to that time to begin with. The replay only replays the data that is in the chart. Dear Sir, I did what you asked. The way you asked to include the chart does not allow the left bottom corner to be visible because of www.sierrachart.com logo. It is indicated in the left bottom corner that the loaded attached chart is 04 MAR but I asked for 17 MAR as per the panel. If I upload a simple screen snipe it would have been visible. I did what you asked. So my question is still valid. I have a valid subscription and I cannot load later than 04 MAR. In Chart Setting >> Data limiting 04 MAR is set but it cannot be changed. How can I change that? I am not a beginner user so please help me solve the question at hand. Since the Data limiting tab it seems to be more complex. Thank you |

What is "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Load Data Limiting Method" set to? If it is set to "Use Date Range", then what are the following two items on that tab in the section for "Load Data Limiting Method: Date Range" set to: - Date Range From: - Date Range To: For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Your Denali Exchange Data Feed is not active. The exchange that you had active in February did not renew on March 1, 2025 due to insufficient funds in your account at that time. And since you are connecting to CQG, you can not get the data from them (we do not have support for data from CQG for The CME Group and EUREX). You need to activate the exchange(s) you need at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
