Hi I have recently changed my service package to 11 to use live data .I have done all the step but receiving the message that trading account is not found .would you please advise |

Check to make sure you entered the correct "Clearing Firm" in the "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings". If that is correct, then you would need to check with your broker to find out if your account has been fully setup for the Teton Order Routing service. If your broker states that everything is setup for your account for Teton, yet you continue to get the "Trading Account Not Found" message, then have your broker double check that they entered your Sierra Chart Account Name properly.
