Moving bracket orders across multiple accounts

Good day, I have the following issue:

- I trade multiple accounts using the "order allocation function";
- My trigger chart "sits" within the main instance while my DOM sits in a sub-instance.

When I initiate an order from the main instance (i.e. from the trigger chart), I can then move the brackets (or move to BE or any other changes) both from the main instance and/or from the sub-instance (i.e. from the trigger chart and/or from the DOM) and this is successfully replicated in all allocated accounts.
Instead, when I initiate an order from the sub-instance (i.e. from the DOM), I can still move the brackets both from the sub-instance and/or from the main instance but this is NOT replicated in the allocated accounts: only the order in the main account is changed, while the allocated orders stay the same.

This asymmetry I cannot explain..

Thanks in advance for your support

Each chart has its own setup for the "Order Allocation to Trade Accounts". It sounds like you have it setup for your "Trigger" chart but not in the sub-instance.

Refer to the following:

Order Allocation to Trade Accounts does not work across instances. It simply is not going to work and definitively never will. To whatever extent it is working now, is just how it is. To whatever extent it does not work is how it is. With these types of orders you must use one single controlling chart.

If you involve another instance, this is not going to work at all. There is no support for this and never will be.
