Request for trial extension please - And 2 trading accounts configuration on a PC

Hi everyone. I don't like to ask you, but I have not been able to take full use of my trial period. I hope you can see that I have not logged in that much to Sierra Chart. Could I please have an extension to my trial period so that I can understand the platform better? I have every intention of making a purchase to service package 11. Can I please also ask: I have 2 trading accounts with Interactive Brokers (IB) I wish to use. I have one PC I wish to use Sierra Chart on. Can I just install Sierra Chart once on my PC, and have both trading accounts from IB visible in that one instance of Sierra Chart, so that I can select whatever trading account I wish to use at any time? Or Do you have to install separate instances of Sierra Chart, have one instance for trading account 1, and another instance of Sierra Chart for trading account 2? Basically my envisioned setup is as follows... 1 x PC 2 x Trading Accounts (2 x IB) Sierra Chart sp11 1 x Denali Data Feed CME Exchange 1 x Denali Data Feed NASDAQ TotalView I want both trading accounts to have visibility of both Denali Data Feeds. I just dont know what I need to do in terms of Sierra Chart instances and number of Sierra Chart user logins. Thank you so very much in advance. Simon |

We have added 17 days of Trial Time, which is the amount that our records show you did not use. With regards to the Interactive Brokers connection, what you need will depend on how the accounts are setup. If you use a single login to access both accounts, then you would just need a single Sierra Chart installation and you will get both accounts showing in that one installation. Refer to the following for how to change between the accounts: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM) If, on the other hand, the accounts use separate logins, then you would need to have two different instances of the TWS software running (one for each account) and then you need two different installations of Sierra Chart.
