Hello,

I'm looking for a way to stop myself from trading when I reach my profit target.

I noticed there's daily max profit settings in Teton account settings. It seems you can make it automatically flatten your positions when a profit amount is met.

Will this also lock me out of trading for rest of the day like it does with daily max loss?

Hello,

I tried the setting but nothing happened. I was way over 200 DailyNetP/L and nothing had happened. Are my settings wrong?

I had pressed the "commit" button which is in the list. Yesterday.

Also does it matter which action I choose for profit trigger if I want my account to get locked?

What I want is that if I reach 160 usd profit, all positions are flattened and my account is locked from opening new positions. What are the correct settings for that?

Who is the broker and clearing firm you are using? We have to see if this feature is supported with them.

Today, I had these settings and nothing happened again.

Maybe it's because my Net P/L jumped straight from 297 to 302 and higher? You can see it here in my recording: https://youtu.be/15z43No9IaY?t=7632

Also could you please confirm those settings are correct if I want all positions to be flattened at +300 USD PNL, orders cancelled and account locked for the rest of the day?

User controlled profit/loss management, is not supported with:
I use EdgeClear + PhillipCapital.

The settings will do nothing. And there is no plans to add support. We do not want to go into the reason why. But it does relate to exchange policies.
