of course, if you don't have a realtime subscription it is delayed by 10min

Brightstone: You have the following exchange active - CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts Therefore, you do NOT have the NYMEX real-time data. You only have the CME exchange (not the full CME Group). Refer to the following regarding changing exchange options for the CME Group: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Changing Denali Exchange Data Feed Exchange Selections For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

You only have the CME exchange active. Not Nymex. You can activate Nymex here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. What you are looking at in your image is stating you have data for the CME Group. The specific data depends on the exchange you activated, which is under the link for "Activate/Deactivate Denali Exchange Data Feed Exchanges [CME / CBOT / NYMEX / COMEX]"

Yes, you should deactivate the "CME With Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts". Unfortunately, the costs for the exchanges are not refundable, as those fees go to the exchanges themselves, and they do not give refunds.
