Hi, I hope everything is going well. I have problems seeing my trades in the Activity Logs, and my trade at some point hasn't went through. Is there a problem?

Let's start with the "trade at some point hasn't went through". What exactly occurred?

If you have not exited from Sierra Chart since this trade did not work, then please get us the "Trade >> Trade Service Log" by following these instructions:

With regards to the Trade Activity Log, make sure the filters under "DisplaySettings" are set properly for the trades you are wanting to see. Refer to the following and the section below it:
