Hello SC team!

I've experienced a sudden disconnect on Denali data feed (2) two times today (03/12/2025). This negatively impact my decision making while taking a position & when I'm in a trade.

I want to bring this to your attention & see if there is any known service issue going on with Sierra Chart or Denali data feed?

I had disconnected & reconnected the data feed to resolve this issue 2 times. I'm attaching a video recording of Sierra Chart downloading the historical data with timestamps highlighted.

No there are no known issues. A disconnect like this is going to going to be due to your Internet connectivity.

We had no disconnects, at all with Teton order routing or the Denali data feed, and with this is with connectivity outside of the US.
