"Disable Visible Message Logging" unchecks itself.

Hello, everytime I have "Disable Visible Message Logging" checked, the moment a 'certain' message comes in, it is unchecked and the message log blocks my whole chart, even if I move it off screen, it will still recenter itself in the middle of my chart when a new message comes in.

I don't know what log message is causing that, I'll have hundreds of messages in there that won't cause the log to pop up in my screen, but after some time, it eventually will.

We do not see how this is technically possible. This cannot happen. We have examined this closely.

You have to find out why this is happening on your side. It is not Sierra Chart changing the state of that option.

I have found the error message that causes the box to be unchecked. It is not something on my side. It happens when the attached error message appears in the message log.

Makes no sense because there is no change of state of that variable from a particular message. This is not technically possible.

We have no solution to offer. We do not know what the solution is in your case.
