I purchased the Denali data feed and the data is still 10 minutes delayed.

You activated a "Non-Professional" exchange, but you have not connected your Sierra Chart software to your live, funded, futures trading account. We can see this as your "Verified Until" date is showing as "0000-00-00". When you make a connection to your live account, this date will update to 30 days in the future. It always needs to be in the future in order to get the real-time data from the CME Group as a non-professional. You can view this date at the following link:

When you filled out your agreements for the CME Group, you specified that you have a live account with Ironbeam. If you let us know what order routing service you are setup to use with Ironbeam, then we can point you to the proper instructions to connect to that account.

If you are not going to stay connected to that account, then you will need to connect at least once a month for verification, which updates your "Verified Until" date. Refer to the following instructions for this:
