What could be the reason for different volume profiles between Sierra Chart installations

I installed a second installation of sierra chart so that I could have separate Data Trade services running on each installation. I copied the chartbooks and study collections from installation 1 over to installation 2's data folder.

There is a diagonal Ask Volume - Bid Volume Volume by Price study which is being used on both installations. Settings are all the same as I copied the study collection over; however, the aggregation of Ask Volume - Bid Volume per "Ticks per volume bar" doesn't match. Installation 1 is linked to InteractiveBrokers and installation 2 is linked to Rithmic. Both are prioritizing Sierra Chart/Denali data. Is the difference in trade service the issue? Based on my understanding, the bid/ask data should be coming from Denali for both, so it shouldn't be the issue. I also guessed that maybe the "Ticks per volume bar" interval start and end may be different per installation, but I don't see a way of checking this.

I'm also noticing that the market depth data displayed on the charts is different, even though all market depth settings are the same. Based on this I'm going to assume the trade service difference is the culprit, but if someone can confirm that it would be useful

Set Sierra Chart to a Tick by Tick Data Configuration. Follow the instructions here to do this:
Tick by Tick Data Configuration

Check this in both installations.

If you are using different data services in the two instances, then you will definitely see differences. We recommend using our Denali Exchange Data Feed in both installations. As long as the installations are on the same computer, then there are no additional fees.
