There is no activation. You are on a trial and therefore have limited access to data, but you do have the full capabilities of the system. Refer to the following:

If you need something more than what is available during the trial, then you will need to purchase a paid package. Refer to the information for the packages at the following link:

Ok, we have different definitions of full capabilities. I can't connect Rithmic and AMP for live trading on the ES. I'm not sure what package I'm on now or what the $36.00 bought. What I want is to interact with Amp, Rithmic and the ES on your platform.

You have deposited $36.00, but you have not changed to a paid package (the funds are in your Services Surplus for your account).

In order to be able to connect to Data and Trading services you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. Refer to the following:

In order to get real-time data for the CME Group, you will need to pay for it. And in order to get the data at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. Refer to the following information:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

Your AMP account will qualify for the above, just make sure that you connect to that account, or you will not be able to get the real-time data.
