There is no activation. You are on a trial and therefore have limited access to data, but you do have the full capabilities of the system. Ok, we have different definitions of full capabilities. I can't connect Rithmic and AMP for live trading on the ES. I'm not sure what package I'm on now or what the $36.00 bought. What I want is to interact with Amp, Rithmic and the ES on your platform. Thanks, Ron |

You have deposited $36.00, but you have not changed to a paid package (the funds are in your Services Surplus for your account). In order to be able to connect to Data and Trading services you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. And in order to get the data at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account.
