I am not able to rollover to current contract and data is not realtime though I have paid

I have bought the denali exchange, consolidated tape, cme cboe exchanges etc and my charts are not showing realtime data or even allowing rollover from the last contracts that were traded on your platform. Please help me to get a better understanding of what needs to be done to move forward.

To start with, you do not have any CME Group exchanges active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed. You have the following exchanges active:
- U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape
- NASDAQ TotalView

We see that you have properly filled out the agreements for the CME Group, so you just need to activate the exchange(s) for the CME Group at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges

In terms of rollover, this should not be an issue. What symbol are you trying to rollover and how are you doing this?

If you are selecting "Chart >> Perform Futures Symbol Rollover" and it is not the date of the rollover (or after) then when the contract that shows up will be the same one, but you can select a specific contract from the list on the right and then select OK to rollover to that particular contract.
