Hello, after a power outage I am no longer receiving data, I guess because no symbols are present. When I open Global Settings->Symbol Settings, no symbols are present. "Use Custom Symbol Settings Values" is not checked, and I have deleted the custom symbol settings file as an extra measure. When I click Update From Server, the log shows that symbols were requested and received, yet nothing is updated. I have also updated to the latest version of Sierra, and have restarted it multiple times after trying to update symbol settings. Please advise at your earliest convenience. |

I'm updating this thread to say that after a while I opened Sierra Chart back up and it appears that things are working again. I didn't do anything else on my end to try to fix things in the meantime.

There was a change made to the symbols on the back-end that caused this.
