Bug: Symbols all missing, stopped receving data

Hi my data feed stopped this morning and I'm not geeting any data.
No idea what's going on, I also can not find any symbols, available symbols are all greyed out.
I checked all my service are active.

Please help ASAP as this technical issue very disruptive.

Please see attached image and I also sent message log.
I'm using IB as my trading service. Don't know if that has anything to do, symbol translation working just fine.

When we see a window where the information is not displaying properly, like you show for the Find Symbol window, this usually is caused by a lack of available resources on your computer (you have too much stuff running, or programs are not cleaning up properly when closed).

Reboot your computer and only start Sierra Chart and see if you continue to have an issue.
