What is the symbol of the chart in which this is not working? Do you see Market Depth data in the DOM, or if you select "File >> Open Market Depth Window"? For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

The Market Depth Historical Graph should also be working, at least from the time you added it to the chart. Is this not the case? Can you give us an image of what you see? The Bid & Ask Depth Bars sometimes take a few minutes to calculate, if there is a lot of historical market depth data available. But you should not be having an issue this long particularly since you are getting the Market Depth data. If you are still having a problem with this study, then let us know.
