Issue with Sierra Chart & Denali Data Feed for CFE VIX Futures

Hello, I've been using Sierra Chart with the Denali Data Feed for a while to trade and chart CFE VIX futures and spreads. Everything was working fine until yesterday, but now when I launch Sierra Chart, I receive the error message: "No security definition has been found for request." If I wait, the charts eventually load, but they often lack the most up-to-date data and do not update in real time. It seems that every 15–30 minutes, the data reconnects and updates some charts. Additionally, Time and Sales for CFE VIX futures has stopped working entirely. I've attached screenshots and my Sierra Chart log for reference. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

Turns out my CFE data subscription didn’t renew automatically this month. Apologies for the confusion!
