hi,
Have added credit to my account three times today, issues... each time credit amount not showing in services surplus, unable to activate services, continuing to show delayed data!... pls advise!

You selected the button for "Update and Renew Now" for the package, so you added extra time to your account. Refer to the transactions for your account at the following link:

We can refund the extra months that you added back to your Services Surplus if that is what you want. Please post in the Account Support Tickets letting us know what you want refunded. Also, let us know if you want us to refund any funds to your payment method - just keep in mind that there is a $5.00 processing fee for payment refunds.
