update taking over 25 minutes, where its never taken more than 30 seconds dtcprotocol will timeout, performing socket close force socket close crashreporter.exe will timeout, performing socket. .... sierrachart.exe md5 doesnt match, progressbar remains in this position here indefinitely trying to update from 2732 to current, normal release have checked rest of system and its unique to sc installer Log sent via builtin feature Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-03-03 00:53:21

The log files are just showing a timeout, meaning that there was some kind of connectivity issue, but there isn't anything that gives us any information as to what or why. hey John, thanks, yes still had issue when attempted again. No timeout this time, but MD5 mismatch error, then loading bar standstill for ~10mins at which point i cut it |
