Problems with sim trades

Hi there,

I want to trade in Replay and the following problems occur:

1) If I trade using the built-in sim1 or sim2 account, I can't find any statistics for it - showing all zeros when I click on "Trade" menu >> "Trade Activity Log", although there are closed trades in "Trade" >> "Trade Orders Window". Where can I find statistics for my sim1/sim2 trades?

2) If I try Simulated Futures Trading (link: Simulated Futures Trading Service) with a newly created account from instructions, and I try to place an order, Trade Service Log will throw the error "Cannot submit non-simulated order when in Trade Simulation Mode", and I can't disable Trade Simulation Mode because I'm backtesting in Replay. What can I do about this? I should add that I use imported data (see attached "Intraday 1Min DTOHLCV (1).csv") for replay/backtesting, if it matters.

If you go to "Display Settings" (Trade Activity Log) watch if the "Simulation State" List is set to: Simulated

Hi User135243,

I'm assuming you're talking about problem #1 with sim1/sim2 account. I've set Simulation State to Simulated (see attached "Display Settings - Simulation State - Simulated.png"), but there are still no statistics (see attached "Statistics.png"), but there are orders already filled and closed (see attached "Trader Orders - Sim1.png").

So that won't solve it unfortunately.

Please Change the "Trade Activity Type" in the Trade Activity Log DisplaySettings to "All Activity". Then look at the "Trade Activity" tab and see if there is trade activity showing for trades that you have taken in that tab. If not, then you need to adjust the other filters in the DisplaySettings to include the time or something for the trades for which you are wanting the statistics.

Thanks John. It turned out to be a Date Filter that filter out earlier trade dates in Replay. Date Filter should be defaulted to earliest date from Data Limiting Number of Days to Load though.
