My main chart is the S&P emini, and below that I have another chart of the TICK-NYSE, but I can't them to align perfectly and to stay that way in different time frames. How do I do that? Thanks.

1 minute right now. But I will also use 2 min, 3 min, 5 min, 15 min, 30 min, 60 min, and 1 day.

We see no reason why there would be an alignment problem. What study are you using to overlay the market statistics charts on the other chart? You should be using Overlay (Bar).
