I have a tick tick trader direct account and am trying to connect the project X to SC. I have already changed the trade service to SC All Services. Also my chart is behind by ten minutes as well.

We cannot help you with connecting Project X to Sierra Chart. According to the Project X website: "Note: Project X is a standalone, all-in-one data feed and trading application. It does not work with third-party trading platforms, including those mentioned here: Trading Software Licensing." As to your data, you do not have any exchanges active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed, therefore you would not be getting any real-time data for those exchanges from us. What are the exchanges for which you are wanting real-time data? For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

If you want to get the CME Group data at the non-professional rates, then you need to understand the CME Group requirement that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, and that you need to connect to that live account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Once you have the above worked out, then you can setup the data by following these instructions: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
