Hello, it is already more times, when I got from Sierra Trade Order Error message while trading on Apex. How is it exactly possible, that I got from Sierra Error with Timed out waiting for response and in this same time my market order was in Rtrader filled. This is extremely dangerous, because there is no control about the order as for TP and SL. Sierra said to me, that this order was not filled and rejected, but there was this order running without control ! I have attached screens from my trading on Apex which I had to cancel manually with a loss. thanks |

This is just one of the known problems with the interface to Rithmic. Rithmic developed that interface. We assume this is occurring intermittently? We will let them know about it. Hello, yes exactly, this is occuring only sometimes, not for every position. But this is also very dangerous, because I can“t place any order for StopLoss and TakeProfit too. Please find for this huge failure the solution ASAP. |
