thank you for the reply but i have one more question please

i paid the $36 for the Denali data feed today and I signed all the agreements, however I am still getting delayed data. can you please tell me how ot fix this? thanks !

To begin with, you have not activated any exchanges in order to get the real-time data.

Next, you first need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages in order to be able to connect to data and trading services. Refer to the information on the packages at the following link:

To change your package, follow these instructions:

After this, you need to activate the CME Group exchange(s) for which you want the real-time data at the following link (since this is the first time using the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group, you will get a "Free Trial" of the data for the remainder of this month, so your first exchange fee will be on the first day of next month (March 1, 2025 if you were to activate the exchange in February):

And then, the last thing you need to do is to connect to your "live, funded, futures trading account" to ensure that your "Verified Until" date is set in the future. This is necessary to verify your non-professional standing for the CME Group. According to your "Uniform Subscriber Agreement" you have an account with AMP, therefore you would either be connecting to CQG or Teton.

To connect to CQG, follow these instructions:

To connect to Teton, follow these instructions, starting at Step #6:

After this, you will be getting the real-time data for the CME Group. If you are not going to stay connected to your live trading account, then you will need to ensure that you connect at least once a month to verify your Non-Professional status. Refer to the following:
