Continuous Futures Contract - Volume Based Rollover - Back Adjusted not working

I just created a chart for ES. I put Data Limiting to 250 days to view a year's worth of data. I used the "Continuous Futures Contract - Volume Based Rollover - Back Adjusted" setting to download and view all the data.

When I duplicate the chart and change the symbol, the new symbol only has about a month of data (seems to correlate with the rollover in the product). Nothing I do seems to matter unless I re-create the chart from scratch via "Find Symbol" and go through my entire process again.

I'm trying to duplicate my chart for multiple products without having to recreate each one from scratch, but the inability to view past data is hindering me. Any ideas?

Thank you.

This does not make sense to us. What are you changing the symbol to?

I'm duplicating the chart to preserve all settings across the new chart, but changing the product/symbol so I can view ES, NQ, CL, GC, etc. each on their own chart, without having to go through each one and click on dropdowns like "Continuous Futures Contract (List)" and the 20 other settings I have to manually set when you "Open Intraday Chart" from "Find Symbol".

Example:
Chart 1 = ES
Duplicate chart to chartbook.
New Chart 2 = ES
Change ES to NQ (change in Symbol (Action) Tab).
Chart 2 now = NQ

I want to duplicate the chart 20 times and change the symbol to have identical charts tracking different products. When I do this it doesn't seem to load all the data and cuts it off at the rollover period for the contract, even with "Continue Futures Contract - Volume Based Rollover - Back Adjusted" set on the all charts.

We just did a test of this and we are not seeing any issue with the amount of data loading as is set in the Chart Settings for the duplicated chart.

For example, we start with a chart for NQ set to be a Continuous Futures Contract (Volume Based Rollover - Back Adjusted) with data limiting set to load 50 days of data (chart starts at January 1, 2025) - then duplicate the chart and change the symbol to 6M (a product we have not downloaded the data for previously) and it loads data back to January 1, 2025 for the new symbol.

How are you changing the symbol for the new chart?

I've done everything and the problem remains, however after re-creating the chart with "Find Symbol" everything works as it should.

Not sure what happened but I had one other problem with the Chart Headers not displaying as well. Maybe some sort of data corruption?
Re-creating all charts from scratch fixed the problem and now everything is working.

Thank you for your help.
