Hello

I have a problem with the sofware when I start my session. It doesn't charge up the way it is supposed to. I don't think it is coming from me computer or connection.

Please see the attached files for more information.

Best regards

Those messages do not necessarily mean that there is an issue. Does your chart look correct, or is there something that looks wrong about the chart?

Yes they don't upload at all like they used to.

I have analyzed my hardrive but it seems to be allright.

So I dont know where this problem comes from.

What we recommend doing is removing all studies from that chart. First save the Chartbook.

And reset the scales:
Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Chart Bars or Studies Not Completely within View, Not Displayed, or Cut Off. Reset Scales.

And then re-download all of the data:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" from the main Sierra Chart menu. You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. This command is on the main Sierra Chart menu at the top. Only use it from that location.

Does this resolve the issue?

it solved the problem on that chartbook which contains only one chart.

But I need a solution if possible that can help without taking out all the studies on all my chart on my Es chartbook (more thant 15 charts).

That is years of work, and I don't want to lose anything.

do I need to erase every studies on every chart on my main chartbook?

You would need to figure out where the problem is coming from. Pick a chart and duplicate it, then reset the scales and see if that solves it. If not, then start with the studies and remove them one-by-one until you find the study that is causing the issue and then either remove it from your other charts, or figure out what is set in that study that is causing the issue you are seeing.
