Replay Window Data and Time Windows are unchangeable

SC Team,

Recently my replay stopped working, the replay window will open but the date field and time fields are grayed out and un-editable.

Steps taken to resolve:
Updating to the latest version of SC
Reset replay control panel feature
Reset child windows
Delete all data and download

I am still unable to get a working replay.

Please advise.

Select the button for "Use Start Date-Time" when there is a checkmark in this box, then you can edit the Start Date and Time.
